Cooking Method - Steam / Microwave

Steam

  • Defrost chicken for 40 minutes.
  • Pour sauce onto chicken and steam for 8 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from the pot and place it on a plate.
  • Coq Au Vine ready to be served.

Microwave

  • Defrost in microwave for 5 minutes.
  • Wrap the chicken and mirowave it for another 2 minutes.
  • Heat up sauce and pour on the chicken. 
  • Coq Au Vine ready to be served.
Ingredients: Chicken, Wine, Water, Yellow Onion, Leek, Carrot, Celery, Chicken Gravy, Garlic, Tomato Paste, Salt, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf.
