Cooking Method - Deep Fry / Microwave

 

Steam

  • Defrost duck for 30 minutes.
  • Heat up 1/4 pot of hot oil to 170 degree celcius.
  • Deep fry for 1 minute.
  • Heat up sauce and pour over.
  • Duck Leg Confit ready to be served.

 

Microwave

  • Defrost in microwave for 5 minutes.
  • Wrap duck conft and microwave for another 2 minutes.
  • Heat up sauce and pour over.
  • Duck Leg Confit ready to be served.
